Due to the nature of digital education, coaching, mentorship, events, resources, and community access, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. If you enroll in a payment plan, you remain legally responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation level, results obtained, or whether you complete the program.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access, collections activity, or other lawful remedies.
Carver Fit LLC and Savage in a Suit make no guarantees regarding employment, internships, interviews, promotions, job offers, income increases, networking outcomes, or specific career results. Success depends on many factors including individual effort, consistency, professional background, market conditions, and personal execution. Any testimonials, case studies, or success stories shown are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

No refunds will be issued for account termination resulting from policy violations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Carver Fit LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey. You waive the right to jury trial, class action participation, and collective legal proceedings.
